TurboTax kept my sanity!

there needs to be help on how to repair the 2210 form when too many characters were entered.
The ease of investment income reporting (Capital Gains/Losses) is outstanding!
What's great about it: Step by step.
What's not so great: Determining categories of charitible contributions for non-cash items

Got the Job Done in Record Time

Very Fast and easy to use I did it this year in record time so did my other two Sisters just one day a new speed record after many years of using this Program.
I would like to see more done with "Credit Card Debt" and "Debt Forgiveness" since this is most likely [ on the rise] as economy is really bad right now.
What's great about it: The "Walk Through" is what is awesome.
What's not so great: Hard to find the area for "Debt Forgiveness"
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Would be nice to be able to print out a list of questions and the answers that were provided to facilitate double checking instead of only using the on screen review/edit process.

Decent software

I have used Turbo Tax for years with great results. This year I had an out of the ordinary situation that required an override. This prevented me from e-filing and kept indicating that there was an error. The override was based on the advice of a CPA. So ..... great for "normal" situations, can be frustrating if there are odd circumstances.
What's great about it: Generally easy to follow interview process
What's not so great: Doesn't handle out of the ordinary situations very well
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Wonderful Software Using for 20+ years

We are Baby Boomers (59 and 57 YOA) and we love that we don't have a too difficult return so we don't have to pay a CPA. You might want to check into voice commands or touch screen applications for the future.
The screens are great to read and I love to get the error messages so I can fix things.
I HOPE Turbo Tax does find the best $$s for me and it did for my son's college educational expenses.
What's great about it: Great to Walk Us Thru the Process
What's not so great: Might be Nice to have voice commands
