HEADACHE RELIEF

Very easy to use. It was almost like I had a real person assisting me. Great for itemized filing. Asks for the forms one at a time. All I do is press "enter". I feel very confident the return was accurate. Again, very pleased with the product.
What's great about it: Very helpful. Extremely easy to use. Clarifies which forms/receipts are needed.
What's not so great: None.

Easy and understandable

Program made the unpleasant job of doing my taxes more easily understood and completed. It walked me through what documentation I needed and allowed me to jump ahead and return to areas later that needed more work. I was then able to see what was put on the form in the form view. I feel very secure that the taxes were done correctly and won't spark an audit.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Sometimes complex to switch between forms view and walk through program.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

fees sheesh

keep fees more reasonable, they seem to be going up each year or is that just my imagination. also,was not intuitive as to see difference in tax bill between married filing jointly and married filing seperately
What's great about it: calculations and organization
What's not so great: fees to intiuitive on doing side by side comparisons of different filing alternatives, could not determine tax bill dift

I've used TurboTax for many years now. It's nice to be able to easily enter and file my taxes year after year.
