TurboTax has been my tax program for several years now and have had to issues or complaints. Keep it up!
What's great about it: like the importing of the previous year's info.
What's not so great: Didn't update at opening like it used to.

I've been using this program for years now and have never been disappointed. I finally talked my "paper only" dad into using it and it saved him almost 2K the first time!! There isn't a question that you could think of that they don't ask and I have never felt that I wasn't getting the best return back. Thank you for making a pretty miserable task into a quick and painless return!!
What's great about it: every single thing about this program is a pro!
What's not so great: absolutely no cons!

glitches

I love using Turbo Tax.... I've used it for years. Has always been easy to use and I love how it links to past years information to make it even quicker. This is the first year I found a few glitches in the program. For example.... the page would say "select from the list below".... and there would be no list to select from. I ended up having to go to the real form to see the information. Also there were several pages where they would list information and the numbers were cut off where I couldn't see them.... I tried reloading the page and making the screen bigger, it didn't help.
What's great about it: Easy, quick.... links to past years information
What's not so great: a few glitches this year
