As painless as taxes can be

This was, overall, very stress free and easy to understand. There were only one or two questions that were a little complicated or an average Joe like me. I did not like having to scroll down every time I finished a section, but that was minor. It was easy to navigate around when I wanted to add something or go back and check a number.
Overall doing my taxes was a good experience....although I'm not sure the words good and taxes should be in the same sentence! :)

What's great about it: Most questions were easy to understand. Good instructions

Definite stress reliever!

Taxes are such an obscure challenge without the guidance given by TurboTax. The program guides you in a most time efficient manner!
What's great about it: TurboTax keeps you focused - no aimless wandering

I have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now and you have an excellent products that guides you through your taxes in a very simplistic matter. Going forward, I plan on using Turbo tax when tax season hits.

Great program

I like the new format but really missed the calculator function. Last year's program had a calculator that you could add up numbers and past into the form as required.
What's great about it: Great way to file your returns
What's not so great: the calculator option was missing this year

Overall great program, I buy it every year and also tell everyone that I use it an dhow great it is. I really like it. One improvement woudl be to add in something that tells you directly how much each deduction contributes to the tax refund you will get. I think that would be a nice feature.

Taxes Taken Care Of Again

Process is relatively quick if situation has not changed. When tax laws change, it is sometimes difficult to understand changes and how to answer the questions. Not always sure if they apply to me. When going through the process in order, it is fairly easy, but more difficult when going back to edit. This is easier than it was in the past. At the end, I print the preview to review and am never sure how much needs to be reprinting after e-filing to have correct files. This seems like a redundant task. Lastly, I was surprised that fee for state e-filing was not included on the first tax file for the Deluxe edition. This used to be benefit in the past. Otherwise comments were nice and encouraging through the process.
What's great about it: Similar to previous years, relatively quick, straight forward
What's not so great: More tax changes-harder to answer questions, printing out lengthy
