Okay experience - not a wow experience

This year's product was not as good as previous years.
What's great about it: I was able to file my taxes
What's not so great: The explanations this year were more difficult to use

Had trouble printing

The only I could get a printout was to save as a PDF and then print from the PDF.

Feel confident using TurboTax

Every year I dread doing my taxes for obvious reasons, and every year Turbo Tax makes it easier and easier (ok IRS tries to make it hard, and Turbo Tax foils them every time)
What's great about it: Always easy, and gives me confidnece of accuracy
What's not so great: Having to pay IRS, but LOVE TurboTax
