Gets Better

This is a good program, I have used it for several years and it seems to be getting better.
What's great about it: Walks you through all aspects of your tax forms
What's not so great: Once you hit submit, its gone. Then you have to file an amendment

Turbo Tax Is Terrific!!

I found Turbo Tax to be an excellent tool in preparing my federal and state taxes. It makes tax preparation very effortless. It is thorough and does not have an bugs that I can see. It makes tax preparation an easy chore and almost fun when you are able to get a refund, I highly recommend it!!!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is fast, efficient and easy to understand.

So happy with Turbo Tax. My return was fast and easy, and was e-filed and will be delivered directly to my bank account. It was convenient, completed in less than an hour, and painless. Plus, who doesn't love getting a good tax return?!

The IRS pin number I received is 6 digits your program does not let me input it, It only take 5 digits and I can not get a answer to fix this problem. This has happened for two years now and it needs to addressed.

Overall, I like it

I really like Turbo Tax and have used it for years. A lot of my friends go to paid professionals, but I resist this because I want to personally understand my tax situation.
My one complaint has to do with filing status. We check every year on which is best and it's usually married filing separately, but it is a bit of a hassle on Turbo Tax. I think it would be better if I could just enter the data as if I was married filing jointly and then it checks to find out my best option- considering the state. If married filing separately is the option, I think it should help me determine who claims dependents and other deductions.
What's great about it: Interview process, keeps me more in touch with my tax situation, can do electronically
What's not so great: Want more help on filing status- married filing separate or married filing jointly

Good Experience

I was having trouble with my returns (in the end, something I did, I'm sure) so I called into support and got Ken. What a great customer experience he provided. Stepped me through the entire process, held my hand until the end, and I got a great return...all in all a great experience!
What's great about it: Customer Support Rep Ken ROCKS!!!
What's not so great: Some of the questions could have been a bit clearer
