2013 tax prep with turbo tax

Much better than trying to negoiate the confusing IRS requirements by one's self. Every year the code seems to be more complex and cumbersome.
What's great about it: with a little practice it starts to become easier
What's not so great: going step by step requres extra time and much is not applicable to my situation

Could not get past the query on the State ID on the Form 1099-INT. The tips on the questions and answers section provided me a solution so the program would move on. Overall, I love the Intuit Tax Software for its simplicity.
What's great about it: Very intuitive
What's not so great: glitch

No State filing

Very disappointed in the filing for State. Wasted hours trying to get State filed and then had to go to another tax software.

Paying more

I have used turbo tax for many years and have seen a great improvement in the ease of completion. On several occasions I have gone back and redid a section because I did not like the results. I feel like I didn't change anything and did it more as a check on myself and got different results. 99.9% it was me but even the questions seemed different. Due to my input?
What's great about it: Easy to follow questions
What's not so great: Completed 2x with 2 different results
