Easy Easy

Easy to use, quick and through. I like the analysis on review possibilities.
Need to provide usb backup warning. I lost my last three years of data due to virus..
What's great about it: No interface with tax preparer
What's not so great: State charge to high should be 5 cents

After paying tax preparers for years we decided to try Turbo tax so glad we did, awesome program.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: None

Good Product - Easy Flow

Good product and I plan to use again. The estimated tax comment above is because my income will change substantially in 2014,
What's great about it: Easy to understand questions and instructions; pulled in employer and investment records easily;
What's not so great: No final tax computation worksheet; No refinement to estimated tax process

What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: A little difficult to navigate around

never had a problem with IRS using turbo, product gets easier to use every year
What's great about it: great product for personal taxes, never used the business version
What's not so great: does not prefill banking data for state tax refunds direct deposit, always prefills fed side

I've been using turbo tax since the late 90's and I don't think doing your taxes could be easier. Even when I have some new things to add to my taxes, the simple questions can get it done for you.
