I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and loved it in the beginning, but each year it seems almost impossible to get help. There should be a phone number to call to speak with a "live person." FAQ's are of little or no help to most of us whose questions are unique to our returns. It seems each year they just want to sell us an additional service if we need help.

Love TurboTax

I like doing Turbo Tax. I can do it at my own pace. It's easy to follow the steps.
What's great about it: Quick input. Can do at my own pace.
What's not so great: Expensive e-filing if doing more than one state return.

Disappointed with 2013 Turbo Tax

I usually like Turbo Tax because of its ease in using and thoroughness. However, I was VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED with Turbo Tax for 2013. I waited for an email to tell me that updates of the 1040 and Schedule A forms were ready but I never received it. I found out I could "Check for Updates" through the Turbo Tax menu bar. I did this THREE TIMES and STILL I could NOT E-File my federal income tax return; I had to print the return for mailing.
I really want to know what caused this problem. I would like to think I can rely on Turbo Tax for doing my 2014 tax returns. Please send me an answer ASAP. Thank you. Aloha.
What's great about it: usual ease of use

Turbo tax makes it easy to do your returns and gave me confidence it was done right. Easy e-filing will get me my money quickly

Easy to use!

I have used TurboTax for the last 2 years because I have a MAC computer and it is compatible, but you need to buy the correct TurboTax that is compatible with MAC computers. It is fairly easy to use and you can get assistance if you have ?'s while filling out your taxes.
What's great about it: It's My Deductible is a great tool to track donations.
What's not so great: none

I did EVERYTHING the program asked and still could NOT file electronically. How FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!
