Super Easy refund

I liked how basic and easy it is to get around in the program. The detailed help hints are great to explain what things are and if they apply to you. Great program.
What's great about it: help in options
What's not so great: none
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax 2013

As stated above, Turbo Tax is a fast and easy way to file both Federal and State returns. It is easy to follow, requires no real knowledge of tax laws or regulations, and has help sections in each category of income and deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to read and follow. Thorough coverage of all income and deduction items. Easy to file. Quick receipt of refunds
What's not so great: Perhaps a brief introduction of the sequential order of items to be covered.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

couldn't get the updates to load on 1/31/2014 or 02/01/2014. Therefore it wouldn't let me electronically file even though I didn't need any of the updates. So I mailed it Thanks a lot!!

Taxes made easy

Great software that made taxes easy, stress free, and took the nervousness about the IRS monster away.
What's great about it: Walked me through exactly what I needed to look for and where to enter that information
What's not so great: People that may have lost their previous years info due to computer loss had to re-enter info manually instead of import

Easy to Use

Turbo Tax Deluxe is simple and easy to use. If I needed clarification, it was easy to click on "more info" or ask a question. This is the fourth time I've used Turbo Tax and it seemed to be faster. A definite plus is to have the information from the previous year's return transferred to the current return.
What's great about it: Each section has clearly stated questions.
What's not so great: I didn't encounter any problems
