Exellent Software

This is one of the most complex, cheapest software packages available for the consumer in the United States! Every year it amazes me that the programmers were able to do all the complicated things and make this work accurately and on time. I love that software and would not think of using anything else.
What's great about it: Always accurate and relatively easy to use.
What's not so great: There is nothing I can honestly say that I don't like about TurboTax.

Ten years and counting

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 10 years and am always pleasantly surprised at the seamless merging of information from year to year. The Help tab is always up to date and informative as long as I know what it is I am really asking! I think first time users as well as experienced users benefit from the guided experience of filling out the tax forms for both federal and state.

I have used TurboTax as long as I can remember. I would not continue as a customer if I thought there was an easier method. I will continue as long as TT stays the course for me.

Easy To File

Have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and have always liked the way it prompts you, step-by-step, through the tax forms. This is a fantastic product for both new and experienced users.
What's great about it: Easy to use. No experience necessary. Program walks you right through every step to properly complete your taxes.
What's not so great: Switching between guide and forms and back to guide the program does not always return to the point where you started.

Love Love Turbo Tax never tried to do taxes myself until this program, well done
What's great about it: so easy and efficient
What's not so great: no way to scroll have to expand and grab bar each time to move to next screen

Great software!

For many years, I didn't have problem transferring the information from previous year to current year's information. This year, I was puzzled and lost the information from last year's Turbo tax. Yet, it asked me to feed my personal information and history of incomes. It took me some time to feed the information again and look at my old copied files from last year which saved some of my time. I don't know if somewhere in Turbo tax's software did automatic delete my 2012 file I feed after it was sitting in my computer file for a year. Yet, I am able to access and make changes in old files of Turbo tax prior to 2012, but not year 2012. I hope this won't happen to me next year since I still love Turbo Tax! Thanks. RJ

What's not so great: Somehow my file for turbo tax for 2012 in my computer was lost.
