Good except transmission problems

The whole preparation process went very smoothly up to the transmission. I was blocked from electronic transmission many times and I downloaded endless updates. I finally had to do a search for the issue and found Mac users have to remove the CD, restart the computer, and empty the trash before being able to transmit. I spend as much time trying to figure out the problem as I did the whole tax preparation!
What's great about it: I felt like this was done accurately and quickly.
What's not so great: It seems like there are glitches with Macs.

Was very pleased with TurboTax and have been for several years. This year I got very frustrated because I could not get the e-file program to work (several attempts) and had to mail my forms.????

I have used the TurboTax System for almost ten years, and it is the very best. It is easy to use and reliable.
What's great about it: The System is very user friendly
What's not so great: Time consuming but worth it.

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1986 and never had a problem with it. When I finish with it for a day and then fire it up again, it always gives me updates as need wuth no repercusions.

had an awful year needed extra help. your help site is of little use for people who have unusal problems. HOWEVER< your live help was fantastic. Walked me thru a diffcult problem and each line of form needed.

What a relief it is - It's done

With our financial situation, and with the complexities of the IRS Forms, Schedules and literally idiotic Instructions, no return filing can be said to be easy. This is a difficult job for a lay person. But, your process makes an almost impossible task at least manageable. It's still a complex exercise, but your step by step, logical and methodical approach is spot on.
What's great about it: Methodical, Tedious, but Complete and Accurate (I hope)
What's not so great: None
