TOOK TO MUCH TIME/CONFUSING

I could do my taxes at home with TurboTax: :) But this year it seemed more confusing .Having to wait for all the updates. Maybe because of Government Tax changes @ the last minute :(
What's great about it: I could do taxes at home
What's not so great: Confusing, with all the wait time to get updates for the program.

Advise at Beginning

I wish TT would indicate at the very beginning that if you don't have _% or $_ for deductions or med. expenses, then just do short form. I can't seem to jump faster.

I have used turbo tax for years so I must like it. I do wish going back and changing items was a little easier. I clicked I wanted an extension for my state and realized that was not what I needed to do, but I could not figure out how to change it easily.
What's great about it: It takes you through it step by step with easy and concise understand language. I
What's not so great: I find it hard to go back and change some items.

Bye Bye CPA Brother

I've used TurboTax for years, much to the chagrin of my CPA brother. But wait, he now uses it too! Pst... don't tell his clients.
What's great about it: Complete, instructive, easy to navigate, fast, inexpensive - great value
What's not so great: Couldn't figure out to import two different account from same investiment house.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Worst TurboTax experience EVER

I had the hardest time at the end when I was trying to E-file my taxes. I had to update the program, but it wouldn't update. It took me forever to find the solution online. I also noticed that its impossible to find a help line number, so you have to read pages and pages of problems and solutions before you find what you are looking for. I've never had this problem before with this program, i'm not sure what changed, but I hope it is fixed by next tax season or else I will never use this program again.
What's great about it: In the past, it has been easy
What's not so great: This year was the worst experience with TurboTax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax Software

I prepared taxes in the past, using Lacerte Software. I think you folks bought Lacerte. Anyway, you have a great tax software. It's a pleasure to process our taxes with your software.
What's great about it: Through and easy migration from topic to topic
What's not so great: I have no Cons

Easy to use; however, there are a couple of places that it gets a little confusing. I had duplicated an entry due to the confusion.
