Overall, Turbo Tax is great; I've used it for 10+ yrs. I'll be using next year, too!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, intuitive arrangement; I'll keep using it.
What's not so great: Flipping back and forth - forms to EZstep - doesn't always get you the form you want
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Ease of Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years and would not consider doing my taxes any other way. You can start & stop then return to your filing at any time. The questions have an explanation for anything you may not understand. Corrections, updates and deletes can be made for any question that you need to update. Turbo Tax is reasonably priced and can be purchased on line or in a store. I think Turbo Tax is the Best!
What's great about it: Easy to understand, cheaper than Block or Hewitt, explanations for all info requested, can stop & start again

Bad PDF Generator

Everything went well until I wanted to save my tax work in PDF's and then the problems began. It saved the first time, but when I tried to save other work it wouldn't do it even though it said it had accomplished it. I tried the same thing in my 2012 TurboTax and it worked fine. That disappoints me.
What's great about it: Most of the program
What's not so great: Had problems with genreating PDF's

Painless Return

After having used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years, I cannot imagine plowing through all the forms and instructions from IRS and my state requirements. Each year seems to be easier than the previous due to the refinements to the software. Thanks TurboTax.

Have used turbo for past 7 years does the job.
What's great about it: Hit every topic and stepped me through areas I knew nothing about.
What's not so great: Cost of additional state--Seems it should be less!
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
