Turbo Tax Deluxe Edition

Error in printing routine, didn't recognize Adobe, latest version. Followed instructions to repair, and that didn't work either. So I had to do a work around. That's very annoying.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, except for error
What's not so great: Had latest PDF on computer, but error message came up any way, making me have to work around.

WILL ONTINUE TO USE TURBO TAX NEXT YEAR
What's great about it: most of the process was OK
What's not so great: fOUND AREAS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND TERMOLOGY USED (tAX WORDS) AND HAD DIFFICULT TIME WITH CAPITAL GAINS SECTION.

Excellent overall. Area for improvement would be more detailed year to year comparison for both finding potential errors in return and for planning next years income/deductions better. All the information is available it is just a matter of presenting it. Another area for improvement is to develop software that can detect when a deduction or income is used twice as this has been a problem that keeps coming up for me. I have had to find these mistakes but it would seem that a subroutine could help find more of these mistakes.
What's great about it: Excellent Mature Process; Good, Logical
What's not so great: Could Use a more detailed year to year comparison

This program will figure your taxes accurately with little intervention by you
What's great about it: Covers all the bases, gets into the detail needed to do an accurate job
What's not so great: minor - after finishing the second state the results were not automaticaly transfered to the first state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

This year the instructions were clear enough that I needed to create a mock file for State filing purposes but last year that was not clear.
What's great about it: Well organized, easy to follow
What's not so great: Last year's return was not clear to me that I needed to create a mock file in order to file a state return as MFS
