We could have never done all this work alone. We would have had to hire an expensive tax preparer.
When we did the filing all the work was done for us almost.
We've used TurboTax for several years. I would recommend it to every taxpayer.

Had been worrying about filing. Used to do it manually through assistance. Went step by step and followed every process and it made it easy. Thought it would take a couple of days but got it done in record time. Submitted through e-file effortlessly. Recommend this to all people.

Great refund HIDDEN charges!

The ease of using the program for short form was great. However, when it came to the end i wound up only paying $10 less than what I would have paid a professional..VERY DISAPPOINTED!
What's great about it: easy to go through
What's not so great: Hidden fees show one price and at the end paying alot more!

Fast and Fabulous

Great program. I've never had any problems as a result of using Turbo Tax. The software is very comprehensive and easy to use. It takes more time to gather your documents than it does to use this program! I have been using Turbo Tax for about 6 years now and have no complaints.

What's great about it: Covered all possible areas for deductions and credits
What's not so great: There was no explanation as to why my work related expenses were not included.

Large Federal Tax Due

Like the method of going from point to point. When updating specific areas, I did not like scrolling down to the point that I had updated.
What's great about it: Very methodical approach
What's not so great: Tax language getting more complex
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

Made doing my taxes very easy, completes in one night. Thought I would be here for at least a day or two. Had a lot happen this year with inheritance, paying for insurance among a few, but Turbo Tax walked me through every step. If I have one complaint it would be the fact that after buying the software for Federal and State returns, you still have to pay to e-file the state return. Seems a little on the "we Gotcha" side of things.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you thru every step
What's not so great: Shame you still have to pay to e-file your state return

Nothing easier!

Have been using Turbo Tax for 5 years now- so easy and I can have peace of mind that my return was prepared correctly. Always got a decent refund and never a problem with any return.

Great year after year!

Another year, another satisfying experience using TurboTax for my federal and state tax returns. I had a 44 year career in data processing -- TurboTax is at the top of the list of applications I've seen.
What's great about it: Fast, thorough, accurate, reliable
What's not so great: none
