Turbotax for 2013 tax year

The specific approach to considering each element separately really helps with those of us with little or no experience in understanding the tax code.
Really felt the product represented my best interests and did so

What's great about it: Affordable & easy to use
What's not so great: Had some difficulty understanding technical stuff (not your fault)

Great way to do your taxes

Easy to use. Crosschecks all the information.
What's great about it: Cross applies all information. no need for duplicate entry.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Your Program has always made it easy.

Turbo Tax is so easy to follow - you can not make a mistake, unless of course, you falsify your records. Be honest and type in the correct info and you will be your own accountant.
What's great about it: Your directions are so easy to follow.
What's not so great: At the end, I sometimes get confused as to when I should print.

Over Decade of Using TurboTax

Not the easiest to use, but very thorough and time saving.
As with most people, I do income tax return once a year and I find the tax returns shamefully aggravating. The "required" time for each form is only valid for someone doing tax returns every work day. For the rest of the people, who need to review and re-acquaint themselves with all the terms, forms, etc., a "simple" return can take 5-30 days of aggravation. So we the 99% are forced to use aids like TurboTax or pay the commercial tax preparers. Although I use TurboTax, I also pay a professional preparer a fee to review my return once every few years.

Taxes are easy

It still takes a great deal of time to go through the process. The fact that I have used Turbo Tax in the previous years is a plus. Had a little problem getting upsates installed. I kept getting screens saying that "user cancelled' even though I had not.
What's great about it: Carryover returns from earlier years makes filing quicker and more accurate.
What's not so great: You still have to e careful and follow directions.

Leased Autos

Could be much better on taxes for leased autos. Have used TurboTax for over 30 years.
