Tax Relief - Turbo and I have Filed

I have used Turbo Tax for years - I tried two other products one time each and always came back to Turbo Tax! It is easy to follow the instructions - fairly easy to get extra help either on the program or on-line. The hardest job is getting your info together and no CPA or tax person does that for you - so once you have done all the hard stuff why pay them!
What's great about it: Straight forward with the goal of getting you the best thorough return. If you gather all your info it's easy and fast.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy to use

Using turbo tax is pretty cut and dry. You answer the questions and that is all. I love that it keeps it simple. It also makes it easier to calculate donations.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: expensive

So easy to use. Great explanations if you don't understand something. Easy to go back and correct or edit. Every year this gets faster.
What's great about it: Easy to enter information. If you don't understand something, there's always a link to explain.
What's not so great: Really could have done with the basic but the store only had Deluxe so it was a little pricey.

Great filing tool

Was easier this year than last, and it gets better. I have been using turbotax and Quicken since 1993 and the folks that maintain the software and the ever-changing tax codes do a fantastic job of keeping requirements current.
What's great about it: Easily understood questions, specific help

TT 2013 Fed and State

I have user TT for many years with great success, but this time there seems to be an issue with the 'Save and Save As' feature. After many repeated attempts, I'm not sure if it is really saved anywhere on the PC or NAS drives. This could be a big problem when attempting the 2014 program. It seems many others have had the same problem this year. If I am unable to import next year, this could be a disaster since I depend on the number comparisons from year to year.
What's great about it: Guides you through
What's not so great: Constant 'unable to save - 443' issues no matter where it was
