A Good Experience

My first time using TurboTax in quite a few years and it was very simple and intuitive. It asks good questions and is very thorough. E-file is very nice also.
What's great about it: Very Intuitive.
What's not so great: Had a hard time distinguishing between my income and my wife's

Moved, got married and broke Turbotax!
Was not a good experience overall and will seek out a different tax filer next year.
What's great about it: Ask later
What's not so great: Difficult. Had to re-input information. Expensive

We have used turbo tax for the past 4 years and have been greatly satisfied each and every time. Love the fact we can work on it when we want to and at our own pace. In our hectic life that is a BIG PLUS!!!
What's great about it: easy to use, help available quickly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It's simpler!

Great program. It really makes filing easy and something I can do.
What's great about it: If you take the guided walk all the waythrough it's simpler than last year.
What's not so great: I cannot get rid of a form for a home business that no longer exisits.

HAve been using TurboTax for many years and it has always been great. Skipped one year while out of town and used a tax service. It took a lot of time and cost a lot of money for what should have been a quick return.
What's great about it: Quick & Easy
What's not so great: Didn't find any this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
