As good as it gets

I didn't like that big number up there in red. I figured there must be some mistake, something I left out, something they left out. I probably pulled more "G's" than a fighter pilot evading a heat seeking missle but in the end the real numbers told the story. I punched out and filed. TT gave me every opportunity to save money so now I'll take care of witholding better and save myself some grief next year. I'll be better prepared to "prepare". You get what you pay for and Turbo Tax is a deal.

We were having problems with our deductions and with sending our returns efile. Both calls for help on the phone were excellent help. Stayed right with us until we have solved the problem. Very pleased
What's great about it: The help we got on the phone
What's not so great: Some things were very confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Help when neede

This is the 4th year I have used Turbo Tax. Very pleased with support information. Each year has been a little easier. This year I actually had to make a call to you your help line. Very helpful young lady walked me thru my mistake with patience and kindness.

Love the extra dough

likes the idea of the step by step directions for doing this tax summations. I have used this for many years now and I like that I'm receiving more refund than last years.
What's great about it: step by step instructions were excellent

Gets Better every Year

Easy to enter on the forms and the forms process the information and show all the additional forms from prior year.
What's great about it: Very intuitive
What's not so great: Need to be able to print list of donation and interest and dividend organizations

Transmission Failed

Transmission Failed! Updates required--not true! I updated TurboTax immediately prior to transmitting. Solution: Quit and restart TurboTax after update, them retry transmission. Then it operated properly.
