Took me two days before I could e-file

Had to un-install turbo-tax TWICE & manually remove some file before re-installing. Then & ONLY then could I advance & e-file
What's not so great: Kept asking to update & wouldn't let me e-file 'til this was done

State efile promised free not delivered!

Next year I will not be purchasing TurboTax as I purchased the version that was to have one free state filing included, but yet I had to pay to efile my state. Not a Happy Camper!

Two or three times I was asked if I had carry-over from my 2012 Return. This meant that I had to open the TurboTax 2012 Return and make a calculation in order to determine whether I had a carry-over.
Since the information is available to TurboTax (last year's return is stored on the computer), it would be really cool to have TurboTax make this calculation by, itself, referring to the 2012 Return.
What's great about it: easy to use, easy to review previous entries, easy to review specific forms
What's not so great: last year's carry-overs not performed automatically

As always, TurboTax was straight-forward and fast - to the point. E-filing was easy and track-able.
What's great about it: free Fed. filing

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years and each year gets a little bit easier. I have complete confidence in their process and filing is easy and worry free.

Great company and organization

This is my fourth year using Turbotax. Prior to downloading this software I did not have any that I could some day prepare my own return.
What's great about it: The thoroughness and professionalism of the Turbo Company
