Reduced Complications to Easy

Generally, very good. Some frustration paging through items to see what I needed to see on a complex tax return.
What's great about it: Advice and tax law summaries provided
What's not so great: takes a lot of key strokes to look at just one item. Would like to have print options for a page not just info on return

Couldn't have done it without it

The program is fairly easy to use. With LOTS of dividends and interests and deductions, it led us through the process step by step and reminded us of last year's entries (most helpful).
What's great about it: Good hints and carry over from previous year.
What's not so great: Missing info should have been caught earlier than the final review.

It seems that TirboTax gets less user friendly each year. No voice explanations. Have to fill our forms rather than just entering data one item at a time, etc.

Once again we have used TurboTax with ease and confidence. It's a real help to have the past year's information migrated into the current year. The suggestions for possible additional deductions and credits was greatly appreciated.
What's great about it: Love having the choice of "Guided" or "On my own"
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find answers

bummed i couldnt efile

i couldnt efile- turbo told me that i needed to update and even after i made the suggested updates two different times and turbo tax confirmed i was updated -the efile failed. now i have to mail in my refund and wait 4-6 weeks.
What's great about it: easy to complete turbo tax
What's not so great: updates prevented my efile
