Easy to use - makes doing my taxes less painful

I've used turbo tax for many years and as my returns have become more complex the program has become of greater value. One of my best investments on an annual basis.
What's great about it: short of organizing my paperwork, turbo tax does all the heavy lifting
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

This software guides you through what seems to be a more and more complicated tax regulations. Even without any understanding of accounting and tax regulations I believe most people could prepare their taxes in confidence that they would be prepared correctly.
What's great about it: Step by step that anyone can understand
What's not so great: None

Excellent experience

Preparing taxes is not fun, but TurboTax came about as close as possible! Step-by-step instructions, helpful hints, easy printing and assisted input of figures made the experience educational and almost easy! We will definitely use TurboTax again and highly recommend it to others!
What's great about it: Easy to follow pages, easy instructions, helpful assistance and explanations, nicely printed pages
What's not so great: None---this was as good of a tax experience as one could have!

Problem

I did good except when I tried to e file. It kept rejectiong and I just could not figure out how to correct the problem. I gave up and mailed a return
What's great about it: All the information was there that I needed

I have use Turbo Tax for several years now. It is very easy to use and understand. Help is available for every item on your return. I finished my Federal and State returns in under 4 hours, including reviews and e-filing. It doesn't get much easier than this. You just answer the questions and fill in the appropriate information as it is requested. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to all. I am very pleased with the speed and accuracy of the program. The tax form printouts for record keeping are excellent.
What's great about it: Extremely Simple and Easy to Use

Resorted to Paper!

The IRS rejected my electronic return four times. I spent all told several hours trying to find the error or errors for the rejection, but couldn't. I found a few minor, inconsequential mistakes, but not the critical one(s). I find this result unacceptable. I did not enjoy giving up and filing my return in paper. TurboTax and the IRS need to work out how to point to specific errors instead of providing vague and possibly erroneous feedback. On this aspect of TurboTax, I give you all an F.
What's great about it: Every year TurboTax gets better.
What's not so great: Couldn't find the reason the IRS kept rejecting my electronic submission.
