Easy Money

I enjoyed using Turbo Tax and will do so in the future. It's quick, easy and effective.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good interview process for my uncomplicated return.
The import of the 1099R was good, but as this was my first use of Turbo Tax in 10 years I had to work at getting it to work.
However, the import of the stock and bond transactions had to be corrected manually by going to the Forms.

Still no refund

I have used this product for many years and continue to use it year after year. Don't always get a refund, but always get a well prepared return.
What's great about it: easy to enter information and use deduct it
What's not so great: No refund to me

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. Asks a question and then tells where answer can be found on tax paperwork. Only problem I have had in many years of use is when a state return has an error (state needed tax id number for public school donation) I had to go all the way thru state return to find the right spot to add additional info--would be nice to be able to skip to right section. Other than that, Turbo Tax has made filing taxes so much easier to do.

Will look for other tax software next year. Program kept telling me to download up date, and still it wouldn't sent E-File. I had to mail this year at the last minute.
What's not so great: very disappointed that I could not efile this year. Program kept saying to download an update and still it won't send it
