Very Helpful and Time Saving

I love TurboTax. It is easy to follow, saves me a lot of time, and makes it easy to file.
What's great about it: TurboTax made completing the taxes easy and saved me time.
What's not so great: The "OK, we know this is taking a little longer . . . " messages were funny a few years ago, but is annoying now.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

could not download brokerage mutual fund info this

Smooth Program

Guided process was smooth and easy to follow. It's checking process gives me the confidence to do my taxes on my own. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Product

I have used TurboTax for our Federal tax returns for at least the past four years. Each time I go through this process, I'm reminded of how difficult it would be if it were not for TurboTax's intelligent design and simple user interface. Without this tool, I'd be required to secure the services of a CPA, so I'm very thankful that this product is on the market.
What's great about it: Ease of use; guided sections
What's not so great: None

Comment on my First Use TurboTax.

This is the First Time that I am Required to fill out Federal and State Income Tax Forms. Because of TurboTax ease of using, I intend to use it in Susequent Years.
What's great about it: The Orderly Struture of Turb0Tax makes it very easy to Follow.
What's not so great: None

Been using Turbo-Tax for a number of years now-compared to other tax preparation outfits, just no comparison for ease, simplicity, convenience and value. Takes all stress out of tax day.
What's great about it: Ease of interface-very well designed
What's not so great: educational related deductions confusing -fed problem

Can't even remember when I started using Turbo Tax. I do know that I save a lot of time using the software. I really like the feature that shows your last year return versus the current year return. That alone lets me know I have not missed including all information. Even though I try to keep all my tax information together during the year, using the guide for step by step questioning allows me to say yes I did or no I did not have this type of document. If I'm not sure about a response, especially are you eligible for this or that, Turbo Tax gladly has at the tip of your finger "Explain This".
