Turbo Tax is so easy to use. Been using it for several years now and it saves time. Use the walk me through it feature to make sure you don't miss a thing.

2013 tax submitting validation

After many updates and following instructions, I still could not file electronically because of not being able to validate. Why didn't the updates work?
What's great about it: accuracy, and forms
What's not so great: Could not file federal tax return electronically.

Did a very good job for 2013 taxes. One improvement I would suggest, is when there are deductions dependent on AGI, please have Turbo Tax crunch the numbers and provide easy answers. i.e. " If you want to deduct health care expenses, your AGI is $ -----------; therefore your expenses would have to be $-------------- in order to qualify for any deduction..."
But other than that, I am satisfied that my 2013 tax returns are complete, submitted and accepted.
What's great about it: Handled HSA better this year!
What's not so great: Home Office Deduction a little confusing.

Having used TurboTax for many years, I find it just keeps getting better! Thank you for the continued improvement and attention to ease of use.
What's great about it: Ability to import financial information saves an enormous amount of time!

Our tax return was rejected by the IRS and your company handled it promptly. The product is easy to use and accurate as well. We have use Turbo Tax for years and recommend it to our friends and family.

Consistent Approach

The Turbo Tax approach is systematic, yet our situation differs nearly every year, from new jobs, to new homes, new rental property, investments, partnerships, retirement, etc. The Turbo Tax guidance is great and gives me comfort to know I done things correctly.
What's great about it: For nearly 20-years, I've been using Turbo Tax . . . and the systematic approach is always the same.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
