Easy to follow but sometimes there are not enough details in the explanations to answer my questions.
What's great about it: easy to go through
What's not so great: not enough details for combined 1099-div.b form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is our 4th year using Turbo Tax. As usual it was quick and easy for our current tax needs. Over the year we've moved, purchased/sold homes, added children, gone to school, etc and always Turbo Tax addresses our needs.
The one down side, if you have a question it's hard to know which answer is the correct/gov't approved answer when you check out the help site. The Section 179 area caused a little confusion for us this year.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: section 179 not well explained
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax conveniently imports prior year's information, and the EasyStep interview process walks you through your return and helps find all applicable deductions and credits. I particularly like the final reviews that ensures that any errors are located and corrected. And, e-filing is as simple as a click of a button! I have used Turbo Tax for years and do not plan to even try another software.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, easy access to answers to questions......

Very helpful program that i have used for more than ten years.
What's great about it: Easy to read and navigate. Got back more money than I thought it would.
What's not so great: Once you have selected to take the standard deduction, why ask for all the things you would put on an itemized form?
