Easy, Secure, and Efficient

Great software. I trust TurboTax over the competition. I do not have any stress when completing my taxes. My family uses TurboTax as well to complete their taxes. I like how it translates the tax forms into plain English for you. I feel that my information is secure with TurboTax.
What's great about it: The software asks common sense questions and makes it easy to do your taxes - no stress!

Extreme difficulty in using 8938

it is preferable to provide user to input data as appeared in the Form, with Part I to VI, not the way Turbo Tax put it.
I have to input data many times to get what it supposes to be and the only way i can do so is in the Review section, I use Taxwise by IRS, and it is so much easier to input data in this form than Turbo tax, because Turbo Tax does not provide the user the Parts number (I to VI and the section numbers.
Hope it can be improved for next tax year.

Super Simple - Super Great!

This is the fourth year I've used TurboTax. Can't think of any reason why I will use any other method for filing my taxes in the near or distant future. Program is SOOOO user friendly, almost makes me feel like I've forgotten something... But, NO, TurboTax won't let me forget anything! It keeps track of it all! Thanks!
What's great about it: Easy to follow - leads you through everything with extra info and explanation if you want it.
What's not so great: zip, zero, none

Pretty good system

Although I enjoy the user-friendliness of TurboTax, I had to update the software at least 5 times in order to be able to file my taxes. I appreciate how thorough the system is in asking questions and ensuring that I get the maximum amount of money, I didn't enjoy having to update continually.
What's great about it: Quick and relatively easily
What's not so great: Too many updates
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

was great until i wanted to print outmy return- i have PDF on the computer, it stalled however, never could do a hard copy.
What's great about it: easy to do except
What's not so great: printing out in the end did not work

I appreciate the newly added feature to get tips on the current page you are working on.
Appreciate the detail the questions go into to make sure you are eligible for x deduction
Appreciate the risk meter
Like the ability to go back and not loose track
Appreciate the option to follow the program or take the flexible rte
Appreciate the print vs save options at the end

Great for "what ifs"

I would recommend TurboTax to anyone.
