I am a Turbo Tax lover again and apologize for my earlier review (about an hour earlier that can match up to my email above-my permission to delete) I will continue to be a customer and recommend your product to other customers. When I am wrong I admit it. My prior rating was a 1 out of 5 due to my frustration, but with fresh eyes I saw where I went wrong and redoing to submit five stars. .
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: When it went into the payment mode for filing my state return it looked like it was charging me for the Audit Defense.

see above' tax time is a tedious time as well as a difficult and time consuming one, however t-tax improves this some.

Could do taxes without TurboTax

We have used TurboTax for decades. I won't ever use another product.
What's great about it: All of the needed forms already loaded
What's not so great: None I can think of
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to Turbo right thru the Tax process.

There are several reasons for a great review here.1. Comparisons with the previous years' info. is good for memory lapses - i. e., documents you forgot to find in your storage files. 2. No longer have - or get - to listen to commentators with their cute comments about how you messed things up! 3. Just a nicely improved product. It almost makes one eager to be able to file the next year's taxes! :)

It's easy to use.. I feel confident that my return is 100 percent accurate. All income and deductions are properly identified and chance of forgetting important items are minimized.

Turbo Tax is accurate and thorough. It is easy to use whether you have tax experience or not. Great product. I have used it for several years.
