easy to use

I like Turbo Tax i really do, but for some reason it seemed to take longer to each return than last year. It seemed like there were more sections to the federal return which probably isn't the fault of TurboTax. The overall experience was great.
What's great about it: step by step instructions

Turbo Tax is a very good program, but it crashed in the midst of my trying to fix state form for auto pay to state, and would not reopen until I turned off my MacBook Pro.
What's great about it: Easy installation
What's not so great: No preview prior to printing so not sure what's to print.

Overall experience is great - do not want to go back to filing taxes by hand.
What's great about it: Software checks & re-checks everything for you
What's not so great: Learn More could be a little more detailed

Great Return!

The only slight issue I had was deducting a car I used for business which I sold. It seemed to keep circling back on to it.
I have many colleagues that use professional accountants. With Turbo Tax the use of these professionals is not needed.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Didn't like the deductions - they kept circling back.

Arizona Return error

I believe your Arizona software has an error/bug related to Form 221. This form says on line 6 that "If less than $1000, stop here. You do not owe a penalty. Do not file Form 221". My amount on line 6 was only $19, however your software wanted to file this form with my tax return.
