turbo tax rocks

this is wonderful I wasn't sure I could do it but my aunt has done hers for years and some other friends and I was told about it I decided to try it at my aunts house she was there with me but if I missed anything turbo tax took me right to it
I wont say its easy but it is worth it because of the step by step guidance

What's not so great: no complaints
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always helpful and easy

Turbo tax is quick and easy provided you have and can supply all the information they ask for. It is only difficult if you are not prepared with back of proof and paperwork.
What's great about it: Ease of preparation
What's not so great: Not anything to complain about.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Federal Income Tax Return

Very disappointing. I'm glad I purchased the audit review insurance. I don't have a whole lot of confidence in my 2013 Federal Income Tax return. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, but this year I found it to be very confusing and question accuracy.
What's great about it: FAST
What's not so great: Will NOT Print, very confusing, Better explations needed badly.

Turbo Tax is a long Breeeeeeze

It is really great to be able to stay in the comforts of our own home and complete a boring yearly project and it is done in fairly quick time. Thanks for creating an easy solution. One big question....since my husband and I are 84 and 82 years old and after doing this project for three years....we have nothing coming in and nothing going out (good thing),,,,,Do we still have to file our tax reports every year??????
What's great about it: This is fairly easy, but frustrating.

I've been using turbo tax for a number of years and it has improved each year.
What's great about it: no guess work. everything is spelled out or help is available
What's not so great: lots and lots of screens to go through but then, it has to be that way to cover everything properly.

I am pretty satisfied with Turbo Tax and use it every year.
What's great about it: fast , accurate, thorough
What's not so great: can't always reach support team quickly
