I loved the helpful step-by-step guidance thru the program. Extra Help topics were well written and generally understandable. Turbo Tax is a well written and useful program which simplifies the dreaded income tax filing process.

very helpful. updating the software took almost two hours though. and i have a new macbook, with good internet, so i am not sure why it took so long to update

Easy as Pie

I've used turbo tax for over ten years. It is one if not the only product that truly gives a person a feel of confidence when using the interview method. I've just gotten into more detail capital gains and losses from investments. This is a scary area for me as it is very complex and intimidating. I just couldn't think of doing it on my own and without turbo tax, I certainly would be using a tax service which would be much more expensive. Thank you for your attention to details. one more thing, my wife and I sat down on Saturday morning and began our taxes, we completed it by mid afternoon and it went so smoothly, neither of us had any issues or disagreements in how to apply and process our deductions and income. Thanks again. LR
What's great about it: The Interview process consistently gives me a feeling of working side by side with a tax pro
What's not so great: entering all of my Its deductible donations at tax time

Turbo Tax makes tax filing simple!

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and encourage all of my young friends to purchase it for doing their own taxes. It takes away the stress of waiting until the last minute to file your taxes in the local tax preparer's office.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and make corrections.

Have been using TT for 8-10 years now. Would not go to any other product. Like it!
What's great about it: Always use the "guide me" ...just in case. A little longer to prepare but worth it.

Always Satisfied

I have used TurboTax for the last 6 years. I have never been disappointed. I have almost always gotten a refund. Even when I have had to pay, it has been a pleasant experience using this product. They also have great legal services available if your return has a high audit risk. Great product and great company! I highly recommend TurboTax!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy to use and gets your return done right!
