Very pleased with results of filing

First time user of Turbo Tax - Had most of my numbers at hand so being walked through the process was not difficult at all. Would definitely recommend Turbo Tax. And to boot it saved me several dollars in tax preparation fees.
What's great about it: For someone not tech savy - this was great
What's not so great: Took a little longer than I expected - But end result was good

This year had to wait to get School Tax Form and now I can't see it and don't know if it was filed or what happened to it.

My return is so easy to do. With all my documentation
ready, all I have to do is imput the information. It also
gives me an opportunity to go back and review my
stats and correct if I have found errors in my adding.

Got back more than I calculated by hand!

Honestly, I have no criticisms. The return went smoothly and asked the right questions with the answers to some things that I needed to make the right choices. I completed the return in 30 minutes.
What's great about it: Asked all the right questions to get the refund I deserved.
What's not so great: None

We have been using Turbo Tax for the past 13 years and this year's version was the easiest and most user friendly by far. We always recommend it to our family, friends, and co-workers. Thanks Turbo Tax for making life a bit easier!!!!
