Found that updates weren't done when tax return was first started. Income sections required duplication of prior payors, which took time to figure out. Getting returns printed took, what seemed like an impossible task. Kept getting preview and option to PDF rather than printing as requested.
What's great about it: as always easy to use and comprhensive
What's not so great: difficult to print copies

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 4 years and have been very satisfied using it. I use it mainly because our life has been stable for all these years and Turbo Tax makes it easy doing my taxes year to year.
The most time consuming part is having all of your financial
information in order before you start .
I find the best way to do that is put all your info on a spreadsheet before you begin doing your taxes

Even better, I think I will try Quicken this year and see if that will
make doing my taxes even faster.

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years, and it's like an old friend. The only thing I dread is pulling all the info together in order to answer the questions. However, Quicken helps with that.
What's great about it: All the questions help make sure nothing's missing
What's not so great: All the questions can be a pain year after year

First time user and I wasn't sure about the different tax software that was out there. Several people recommended turbo tax and I am glad that I went with this product.
What's great about it: Software was very user friendly!

It too abt an hour to do the work and I like that without me trying to figure out the math. Have used it for the last 10 years and will continue too for the forseeable future.
What's great about it: it as easy as cooking with a recipe
What's not so great: non that I can think off

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo tax since 2002 and have been extremely happy. It helps me understand some difficult questions.
What's great about it: review of errors
What's not so great: Not sure when I need to pay the IRS the $120.00 for estimated payments
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
