Failure to Transmit eFile

While a 'fix' was provided for the failure to transmit the filings, it was really frustrating to deal with. Just when you thought you were done and everything went smoothly, this 'snag' at the end was a poor experience. Never had this happen with TurboTax before. Makes me think about considering another product next year. Tax prep is stressful enough without this kind of glitch at the end of the process.
What's great about it: Like the walk through and explainations where needed.
What's not so great: Really frustrated with failure to transmit issue and need to troubleshoot. Spoiled the whole experience for me.

I've been using TurboTax Delux for more than a decade, and have never run into any problem that wasn't of my own making!

I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone, do not bother by looking for other software.

So far, it is a great application, bug free, secure and safe. Get New Jersey to eFile for free.

I was eligible for the Bailey Settlement Retirement benefits in NC and it was a devil of a time to figure out how to do this because you had to indicate through the federal side not through the state side
What's great about it: always easier than having to go to someone because you have time to think through the questions

I liked the program. We have used it for many years, thought we might not be able to this year with my husband retiring, but the program still walked us though all the steps and went smooth!!
