Taxes For Dummies! (lol)

The question and answer format of TurboTax makes doing your taxes ALMOST enjoyable. If you are doing the EZ Federal form, nothing could be simpler. Even if your taxes are more complicated, TurboTax walks you through everything you need to do.
The only problem I found was with the help/question feature. It was extremely sensitive to the wording of your question. Changing or switching one or two words would make a big difference in the set of questions that came out of the search. Some would be relevant while the other would have nothing helpful. It was a little frustrating to have to rewrite your question a few times before you got the information you were looking for.

What's great about it: TurboTax almost does your taxes by itself.
What's not so great: Help wasn't always helpful.

Always ready to Help

Of all the years I have used Turbo Tax I have never encounter a problem. The simplicity and the always at your hand help to file my return is a plus.

What's not so great: None that I have found.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo-Tax for years and feel that I have always gotten the highest return possible. Would definately recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: i like the step by step process so you don't forget anything
What's not so great: Printing a preview copy was a hassle

Still lovin' TurboTax after all these years

I've been using TurboTax for so long, I remember receiving it on floppy disks (remember those?). I love how it sucks information from Quicken and ItsDeductible (which I use). It allows me to be my normal OCD self during the year, and rewards me in the end!
What's great about it: easier, faster and more accurate than doing it by hand
What's not so great: can't think of anything
