This product is perfect for people with multiple W-2s and itemized deductions. If you have work related expenses, this product is definitely for you. I am constantly telling my coworkers to try this, and when they do, they are amazed at how big their refund is. This is the only tax prep software I will ever use. It is the best!

Excellent tool for tax filing

Easy to use tool and very thorough. As mentioned above, the only issue I had was with e-filing my return. I use a Mac and apparently a few others also had a problem. I made sure all updates were done, turned off my computer and turned it back on again, and e-file then worked.
What's great about it: Easy to use and thorough
What's not so great: Had a little problem with e-filing return - had to take a few steps to get that to work. I use a Mac

Simple as always

I started using this product while it was Parsons, before Intuit took over and it is still just as easy and accurate in spite of all the changes to tax laws.
What's great about it: Simple and straightforward and sooo easy compared to doing taxes by hand, especially before calculators!
What's not so great: None

It still doesnt guide you as much as I'd like. It assumes things it shouldn't. It needs work but I cross my fingers my return will be correct.

I will recommend TT to everyone.. Same as for the last 9 yrs..
What's great about it: PROBLEM WITH QUICKEN TAKEN CARE OF- GREAT HELP WITH SUPPORT STAFF
What's not so great: QUICKER ACCESS TO LIVE SUPPORT WOULD BE GREAT...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
