Rock Solid

I've used Turbo Tax for 4 years. My return is complicated yet the software has never failed me. And I've never been audited. Don't think there's a more thorough, user friendly product on the market.
Rock On Turbo Tax !
What's great about it: Easy to use but detailed tutorials guide you through the tax maze
What's not so great: NADA
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2002 and have never experienced any problems. That's a really good track record! Thanks Turbo Tax!

Works but is incredibly annoying!!!

Very annoying to finish each section and be routed back to beginning so I have to scroll down to select the very obvious next section. Monumentally ignorant programming.
During review the program returns for additional questions and information but it is vague about WHAT they are referring to at the time. Some identification and the amount they are talking about would help immensely.
Clearly some coding defect in my online copy as the "form" for entry was superimposed directly on top of another form. Couldn't accept my entry info and refused to move along. I deleted the entire form and was able to enter the info directly upon that attempt. Again annoying and unsettling but able to complete my return so OK, I guess.
What's great about it: e-file but that is hardly a Turbo Tax exclusive feature
What's not so great: Silly repetitive questions. Poor explanation about WHAT they are inquiring about. Lousy programming transitions.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

W4/ESTIMATED NOT EXPLAINED

I have used Turbo Tax for at least10 years.
I was glad I reviewed my forms because I was not aware that you had filled out a new W4. I discovered it during my review. Why is it in my filed tax form? Who is going to send it to my employer?
I planned to put aside extra funds to cover my underpayment of 2013 in case it occurred in 2014. However, when I backed out of the W4 I found I would be required to make 4 estimated tax payments. This was not explained to me by TurboTax.
I had to go back through everything again to fill out a new W4.

First Time: Not Necessarily a Charm!

I enjoyed using Turbo, but it was rather painstaking as this year was my first. So it took entirely too much time the first go round.
The Con, I have listed is now driving me crazy. I don't even know if I send quarterly estimates for state of Pennsylvania OR not send . The Federal vouchers provided were quite easy, but PA - not so much.
What's great about it: The questioning and "walking through" each step with tax payer.
What's not so great: I cannot find the PA state vouchers for estimated quarterly payments.

You left me aggravate; these last few steps (print MY copy, e-file and particularly how to pay (via credit card over internet -------- instructions (go to some ...gov//etc. / ) is annoying as I don't know where I'm going --- just flying blind,...
Overall your program is good and I'll use it next year. However, I'd like a simple way to find out how I pay what I owe before I commit to e-mail.
