Wanted to do my Turbo tax in February but had to wait for updated forms to be available. I never received notice via email that they were available. Once I updated and then returned a few days later to finish, it still said I had more updates. Took a call to Service Help to get through the final e-file process.
What's great about it: Bringing forth last year's info
What's not so great: Updated forms

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it's the only tax program I would even consider using.
What's great about it: Easy transfer and transmission
What's not so great: none

Easy for Anyone to Use!

Each year, Turbo Tax makes filing taxes for the non-professional an absolute breeze. Every conceivable financial possibility and deduction is covered in a step-by-step format that delivers the punch you need for a possible refund. I cannot imagine an easier process to do anyone's taxes.
What's great about it: Thorough but simple
What's not so great: NADA

Hidden charges

It says free federal e-filing but they still charge you a processing fee from a third party for doing so. LAME.
What's great about it: Gets it all done.
What's not so great: Charges you extra.

Why do you change the things that didnt need it?

You keep on changing the format and it is annoying. Cant get to forms need for estimated taxes, dont think they are in there. Of course it is probably in Premium. I found that this yers software was not as easy to navigate than previous ones. Dont fix what isnt broken! Get your help better organized. If this continues next year, I might as well try TaxAct and learn to navigate all over on theirs. You charge enough already but dont improve it much.
What's great about it: walk thru
What's not so great: cant get back & forth like prior years

Made Filing Much Easier

I usually dread doing taxes because the forms are always so confusing and I run around everywhere trying to find if I need something or not and then mailing it in is always a hassle too. but turbo tax made it simple, walked me through each section, and it e-filed for me so I don't even have to worry about mailing anything in. Made filing taxes so much easier and less stressful. Still didn't get any refund though. :(
What's great about it: Ease, simplicity
What's not so great: couldn't find sales tax info
