I was impressed with the attitude and guidance of the representive when I needed help getting started. Once Renee had me all set I was on my way with a setup that seemed easier to me this year.

Return has gotten too complicated for me to do

Believe that it asked me questions that I did answer but perhaps were not or should not be allowable.
What's great about it: Helpful Guide
What's not so great: some imported W-2 info was incorrectly identified and placed on IRS reporting form so that at end I could not e-file

I am so excited since this is the first time I have ever done my taxes all by myself. I am a senior citizen and a widow, and I have had someone help me with my taxes the past couple of years, but this year I did it myself with the help of Turbo Tax!

A precise method

i like turbo tax because it walks you thru each and every step of your tax forms. Your questions are nearly always answered or closed related solution. I wish you could type in the preparer name and ID number or maybe i am missed inform as how to.

I always recommend Turbo Tax to people because it is easy to use and very thorough.
What's great about it: Love the fact that I can easily get questions answered and the ease of checking my return for errors.

Entering K-1 information is still confusing
What's great about it: Walked me right through all the steps, right down to filing.
What's not so great: 1.Wording at end is confusing; I thought I was done. Almost didn't file it.Also, Costs not clear.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
