Turborized Your Refund

The only concern I have is when I tried to make a change in box 12 of the W-2 info Turbo Tax crashed my computer! This is not good guys please look into this problem. Aside from this concern I love your product and have being using it for years.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and guides you through the tax maze
What's not so great: Need to fix the bug when making changes in box 12 of W-2 Form

So Easy !!

Once I had all info gathered, the process was painless. Cost was far less than using a tax preparer and is what they probably use and charge far more. Will definitely use again next year.
What's great about it: step by step clear instructions
What's not so great: as of April 1st still couldn't get update on sales tax deduction

Thank GOD for Turbo Tax! I always put doing the taxes off to the last minute and am very thankful when they are done.

As a user for many years now, I am very impressed with the basic step-by-step program/narrative, and am very appreciative of the fact that even I, as a somewhat older user, nearing 70, quite familiar with the computer, but nowhere near as conversant as today's teenagers, can nevertheless work my way through with relative ease and understanding.
What's great about it: Very accessible, like the step-by-step and program flexibility
What's not so great: Occasional difficulty finding what is wrong when an error message is received

They could call this "Tax filing for Dummies"

The easy, no fuss way to file. All you need is your records. I hadn't even organized mine, but the process truly could lead a dummy to complete accurate filing.
I'm not a good keyboarder, but if I was, I think I could have cut my time in half.
What's great about it: Simple , fast, reviewable or as complicated as you like
What's not so great: When you buy the product, you aren't made aware that you pay to file state forms.
