Love Turbo Tax

Very easy to use. Whether you use the guided walk through or work on your own, Turbo Tax makes it very easy to complete your own taxes. Love it.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: None for me. I had all my paperwork and am comfortable with my computer.

Great experience

My taxes are really pretty simple but this product allows me to do it myself in a very short time. I feel confident using Turbotax and believe it gives me accurate information and aid. I feel like it keeps me from overlooking deductions etc that I may not catch without it.
What's great about it: It led me step by step through the process in just a few hours. I feel very confident in this product .

Got it all! Maxed out

So easy and safe to use. answer easy questions and it fills it in. Any questions it answers. If you don't understand what's being asked it explains everything to get you your maximum refund.
What's great about it: step by step with questions and clarification if needed
What's not so great: nothing! easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

i continue to use TurboTax because, even with the inclusion of a rental property, I am able to quickly complete my taxes myself. The directions are clear, help is quick if needed, and the step-by-step works for me!
What's great about it: Quick, easy to understand even with a rental property, highly recommend.

Fast, mostly user friendly

Quick to move through and easy to understand. W-2 data imported quickly and easily. We've used TurboTax for years. My only con was with the transfer of data from last year. We used TurboTax Online last year and I had great difficulty importing data. Finally got it done, but not using any of the advice from the website. Overall, pleased as always.
What's great about it: Very fast, very user-friendly and easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Had a lot of difficulty transferring data from prior year.
