Overall outstanding job. Very well pleased with the ease of use and organized approach.
What's great about it: Organized, direct to the point approach. Precise directions. Helpful instructions. Found deductions I would have missed.
What's not so great: Would like to see more specific help on use tax for my state return (SC)

I always use forms. Faster than interview. Allows me to enter data in any order. Downloading financial info minimizes time and errors.

Mostly I feel comfortable using Turbo Tax & each year has gotten easier to complete my return quickly. Easy to keep track of & nice to have reminders during fill in about all topics to be considered for filing.
What's great about it: Love that it uploads last year's info & stores files in same folder each year.
What's not so great: I hope turbo tax does not get more expensive each year. Would be nice to get a better price on e-filing state.

I found this year's tax return a lot easier and when I had a problem, I called and a person helped me resolve my problem without any hesitation. THANKS!!
What's great about it: I had a question and connected with a real live person
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used Turbo Tax for years and will be back again. I can hit the submit button with confidence. Easy to use step by step and help if you need it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to follow. Felt it the software is worth the price.
What's not so great: None that I found

Fourth year with Turbo Tax

I had problems that couldn't be fixed without calling Turbo Tax for help. The guy that helped me was awesome, and took care of everything very concise and easy to follow. Thank you, whoever you are!
What's great about it: Flags any problems and prompts corrections
What's not so great: Online not as easy to use as buying Turbo Tax to install on computer.

I believe that Turbo Tax has become something more difficult to maneuver through over the past three years.

What's not so great: auto created a W2 when not needed
