Satisfaction and Happiness

over all it has been a good experience
What's great about it: step by step process and sidebars were very helpful. Also the links to financial instutions is helpful Alas bank not .
What's not so great: Avery high amount of typing but should be better next year
Pros: I bought or sold investments

good coverage of all taxes and was easy to use.
My printer is working fine, but turbotax wouldn't semd the file to the printer and thus, I can't get a paper copy.. I have windows 8.1. Is there a problem with that version??

I've been using TurboTax since the program came out. I am an accountant, but would not think of preparing my Federal Tax return without TurboTax. From simple to complex, TurboTax has you covered.
What's great about it: Outstanding. Still the best Tax software around. Just keeps getting better

2013 tax return

I love being able to down load all my investment information including dividends, stock sales etc.The time I save using turbo-tax is measured in days. Before turbo-tax I was always late or rushing down to the post office at 11:45. The process was pure agony.
What's great about it: By asking me questions as we go I feel confident that I've covered all areas.I don't hate doing taxes anymore.
What's not so great: Sometimes its dificult to go back looking for a category to correct.

Delayed Efiling

At the moment of Efiling, the program balked, saying that it had to be updated. I had just done that and did it again, with no success. In the end, the Intuit help pages suggested rebooting and reinstalling the Turbo Tax program, which did eventually work. Not a good thing to have to do for such a well worn piece of software.
What's great about it: Program was as it has been in recent years
What's not so great: I had to reinstall the program in order for the Efiling to work.
