Great service

From buying last years disc to trying to do it online this year was a bit of a confusion. The young lady (Southern Wendy in your Louisiana location) was an unbelievable help. Her team lead Patty should be very happy to have her for an employee. Wendy stayed on the phone with me for just shy of a hour. Working with me until everything was figured out to my satisfaction. She was personable sharing and through all my frustrations made it that much of an enjoyable experience.
What's great about it: over the phone help from Sothern Wendy in Lousianna
What's not so great: not realizing TT online and buying the Disc is different

Easy, thorough and quick.

Have been using for years. Easiest and most cost efficient means to prepare and file Federal and State income taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to import dox, fill-in and file. Maintains records from prior years.
What's not so great: Some items not fully described and require manual override.

Excellent product. Have used this for at least 18 years now and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Very easy to use

Makes my computer more useful and tax day less painful.
What's great about it: Carries forwrd prev yr data, upload current W2 data, answers my specific tax questions, submits the returns for me.
What's not so great: None.
