Stung by State Filing Charges

Don't be so greedy ..... We shouldn't have to pay extra for everything that was always included until now. I will seriously consider changing tax software next year. Don't like being a

What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax from its beginning and always had state tax software included in the Delux Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: Cost more to do and file state than federal taxes !!! Felt betrayed.

Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax since the early '90's and have never had a bad experience yet. One time I was Audited, and when the auditor saw that I had used this program, he said "This will be so much easier." Told me what was in question, in a few moments, I found what they needed and 10 Minutes after that I was finished, with no further repercussions. I love this program.
What's great about it: Very quick and easy to use
What's not so great: couldn't think of anything I did not like
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Eased my Tax Burden

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years, and it gets better every year. In spite of the utter insanity of the Tax Code, this package steps up and deals with it all. Best bargain for the money on the market.
What's great about it: Comprehensive handler for complex tax forms
What's not so great: Too bad it has to handle TAX

Very happy with Turbotax and plan to continue to use each year... well worth the price... but please don't raise it! :o)
What's great about it: Thorough, helps you sleep well at night knowing it's done right

Changing my W-4 tomorrow!

I have been using this product for many years and it gets better every year. All of the helpful explanations and examples made me more confident in my answers.
What's great about it: Fast! Having last year's info populate into this year's returns saved me time and possible transcription errors
What's not so great: It was almost too easy, I spent extra time repeatedly reviewing the results but it was right the first time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

very good, however print very small and some of the buttons with light blue u can barely see the white text
