6th year using TurboTax

TurboTax is by far the best program developed for tax preparation. Cuts through the chance and I can do in at home.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes easy. Appreciate the questions
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall it is a good program. However I found it awkward to get to the details of the income portion details. The state tax however was very easy to go thru.
What's great about it: Good Flow
What's not so great: Printing Instructions are unclear

Not as difficult as I thought it would be to file

I divorced and my ex used to file the taxes so I thought I was in for a rough ride. It wasn't as bad as expected. Went pretty smoothly; although it was difficult to figure out where to add State Sales Tax paid--terminology used was confusing but I finally figured out I had to complete Schedule A then I located Schedule A on the ribbon under FORMS and filled it out successfully. This was a pretty painless way to file my taxes and I am confident they are correct and I am happy to be receiving a refund.
What's great about it: Used my past tax information so I didn't have to re-enter a lot of data
What's not so great: I found the ''help" feature not very helpful. I would rather ask a TurboTax employee than a user forum--had no answers

Forms get filled out with no explanations.
The education deduction are difficult to figure out.
I found it very difficult to view the actual real 1040 forms.

Additional issues:
1. The instructions for form 1089T could have been more direct and explicit.
2. I would like to see a reminder next year that 401K are not the same as IRA and are reported on W2. I had to search for that information because I could not remember from last year.

I would like more info as how to file w/ small tablets & keep copy. I am not sure that I want my taxes stored on the cloud!
What's great about it: a breeze if you have used TT before. I used Tax act in the past, hatred it
What's not so great: Printing the forms for filing seems like I print more than I need

it created a double entry on interest earned and was unable to remove the item.
