Help was not available / The program said that one free state e-file was available, but then charged me $19.99 plus tax to file!!!
What's great about it: Adding last year's information
What's not so great: Had to pay to e-file state even though program said this was free / help was not available

Great program. This is the best program on the market. The continued updates keep you informed on all the new tax laws and greater refunds.

Always easy and accurate. Can do my taxes as soon as I get my W-2 and have my return by mid February at the latest.
