Easy as peanut butter on a spoon

Turbo tax always delivers and gets better each year. It covers every possible tax situation thoroughly. It is an awesome program and service.
What's great about it: super easy to do

Bought a 2013 disk not knowing I could go online to continue from previous years. Online version would not let me enter my 1099-B.. I had to do everything twice because the disk would no auto save what I entered. The disk did accept the 1099-B. Other years seamed easier to use.
What's great about it: quick and basic.
What's not so great: Did not ask about previous use of turbo tax. Had to use this disk to complete my return.

Annual Tax Day

It is easier to use the services of the program as opposed to locating a calculator and beginning this process. I started at 8:00 p.m. and I am complete. Time is of the essence. I have enjoyed the years that I have used the Turbo Tax although it did not come highly recommended. I personally highly recommend it.
What's great about it: I is so easy to just pop in a CD and begin the work
What's not so great: I haven't any complaints at this time

QUICK, FAST AND EASY TO DO. I LIKE THE IDEA OF KNOWNING I HAD STAFF SUPPORT AT THE TIP OF MY FINGERS IF I NEEDED THE SUPPORT.
What's great about it: PRETTY QUICK AND EASY TO DO
What's not so great: HAD TO WAIT FOR A COUPLE FORMS TO UPDATE BEFORE I COULD FINSHING FILING TAXES.

I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years and wouldn't used any other!
What's great about it: Thorough questioning for all potential scenarios, easy to follow and progress was quick
What's not so great: none!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 4 years and I'm not sure why I haven't been using it longer ! It is very well structured and walks you through everything.
What's great about it: Walks you through very easily
