The donation section is bad for the following reasons:
1- There no way to modify the name of the charitable organization or to enter address or to enter tax ID
2- No mean or way to search the list of the organizations

It's Great But Also Tedious

The Form 8606 information was not carried over from my prior year tax return - I almost missed it !
What's great about it: Really pretty slick ...........
What's not so great: But so tedious (and painful)

Was told during return preparation I needed to use an IRS form that was currently in revision. Signed up for notification once the new version became available. As of 3/31, no notification received. Completed my return today and nothing popped up saying can't complete because a form is outdated. So I have to assume that in download of updates I did today, it was included in there or perhaps it was in some previous download. Anyway,
I e-filed my return and am hoping it's accepted by the IRS. I was reluctant to wait any longer before filing my return.

What's great about it: Most things were great as usual.
What's not so great: Never notified about availability of revised IRS form.

charging to e-file state return - we've paid for the software,why should we have to pay for the e-filing on top of that?
What's great about it: easy to use, provides an important service
What's not so great: should not charge to e-file state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is easy!

I have been using Turbo tax for several years and it just keeps getting better & better each year. They transfer all your previous years information, they can access ADP for income records, make suggestions and just really do everything for you.
What's great about it: Very simple to use and understand

Your Turbotax Deluxe instructions and forms were excellent as usual. I have been using Turbotax since 1988, and it seems to improve every year.
However, your instructions for inputting the IRS's 6 digit IP PIN are absolutely horrible.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
